My name is Julie DeChristopher and I graduated from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland. I earned my Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2000. I opened my Acupuncture practice in the Beaverton area in October of 2000.
Prior to becoming an acupuncturist, I was a Registered Nurse for over 15 years with a background in rehabilitation and pediatrics.
With my western medicine background and Oriental medicine experience, I provide my patients with an in-depth understanding and approach for addressing their health issues.
I am also able to complement treatments with energy techniques such as Reiki Jin Kei Do and Buddho-Enersense.
After earning my Masters degree, I interned in China at the Nanjing International Acupuncture Training Center. Since then I have continually kept up with the latest techniques and information by attending classes and seminars.
I am a member in good standing with the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) and the Oregon Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
